I used to run home with frogs in paper cups. I once tried to smuggle a kitten in the house in my back pack. And we had a German shepherd I considered more like a sister than a dog. I’ve always been obsessed with helping animals. I guess I haven’t grown out of it. We (meaning I, before I had a chance to ask sky if it was ok, I knew he would though) thought it would be nice for us to foster a dog. B picked this gorgeous girl. She’s a year old boxer lab mix and has already had a litter of puppies.
I’m almost ready for my last phase of my dog psychology courses so I thought having her at our house and working with her would help her find a home. Turns out she’s better behaved than Eden.
minus getting on the bed. But she loves B so much. I don’t know how she can lay there and let him poke her eyes and pull her ears but she is happy to let him climb all over her.
So how could I send her back to adoption day with the other unwanted puppies when she fits so perfectly in our family!
You’re officially a Nicholas baby Rue!
If anyone can help take in a foster puppy it helps so much toward finding them forever homes.
